Mandatory Courses:
60 Hours
There are ten required courses. Each course
is 6 hours long and you must complete all
ten courses to fulfill the 60 Hours of Mandatory
course requirement.

- Agency, Practical Ethics, & Fair
Housing
- Contracts
- At Home with Diversity
- Legal Issues
- Listing, Pricing, Marketing
- Condominiums and Planned Communities
- Finance
- Residential Tax Rules, 1031 Exchange,
and Foreign Investors

30 Hours
There are three elective courses. Each course
is 6 hours long.
· Analysis of Investment Real Estate
· Land Use and Development ·
Property Management & Landlord/Tenant
Elective hours can also be earned by taking
NAR affiliated Institute courses: ABR, CRB,
CRS, CCIM, IREM, CIPS, and e-PRO.
Note: ABR, IREM, CIPS, and e-PRO courses
are offered online at REALTOR University.
