Standard Forms July Release

In order to make four of our forms consistent with current law, we are rolling out a July forms release. This affects the following forms:
• RR101 – Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement
• RR104 – Buyer Representation Agreement
• RR201 – Purchase Contract
• RR501 – Commercial Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA)
The change is in the Agency or Agency Disclosure sections of these forms located on page one or two. Under a. Seller’s Agent and b. Buyer’s Agent the word “utmost” has been replaced with “due care and diligence”.

ZipForm® users may receive an email with the subject “Reset your zipform.com password" or "Your zipform.com account information has changed” when no request has been made to change their password.
Users should NOT access the link provided within the body of the e-mail. If you receive this email message, either DELETE or submit any messages which suggest that your account information has changed to your Information Technology department.
The e-mail requests that recipients click on the hyperlink provided. Doing so would allow hackers to install software on your computer that can compromise your security.
